I had such a great experience today! Emma and Pepper were both amazing, so kind, professional, and did an incredible job. I absolutely love the results and couldn’t be happier. I do want to apologize for not leaving a tip today. I only brought enough money to cover what I thought the total would be, and unfortunately didn’t have any extra cash with me. Please know it was not a reflection of the service at all—I truly appreciated everything you both did. I will 100% be coming back, and next time I’ll be bringing double the tip for Emma and Pepper. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience. ❤️

Horrible service by Ethan . I tried to explain to him that one of my nails was not straight he got upset and left the table someone else had to do the rest . This is less than 24 hours and this is how nails look

Absolutely well done! 🤎 I am IN LOVE with my nails! It was a last minute thing and needed to be done. Thank goodness they had availability before Halloween. My nails are matte with a glossy french tip on Gel X. I was surprised how smooth and natural it looks. I noticed a few ripples on the first coat of matte but nothing another top coat couldn't fix. Emma did my nails and also gave me a back message and a hand massage. My total came out to $82. The matte, "French tip" and Gel X were an extra charge but Im not picky. They did very well and was completely worth it! It's a long and tedious process so I believe the price is justified. 🤎 Thank you for the amazing service and hospitality 🤎 Edit these became my engagement nails! 💍

My teen daughter was severely cut here! She was crying in pain and the owner was unphased and unapologetic. Another nail tech came to comfort my daughter, wiped her tears and cleaned off the blood from her finger. She told us the owner was having a bad day with no break and working on her day off. While I wholeheartedly feel for her.. there is no excuse for a cut this deep. This was definitely a careless and roughly done job that my poor daughter endured. The lack of empathy from the owner towards my distressed daughter was unacceptable. The owner said this cut was done with a regular nail file! How in the world can you do this damage with a nail file! This was an absolute act of negligence. We are currently treating the cut with antibiotic ointment to prevent an infection. Please reconsider going here. I paid $165 for this place to hurt my daughter. Not only did my daughter endure physical pain but now she is traumatized about doing her nails ever again💔 If you decide to go, please be very careful. And to the nail tech who showed empathy and wiped my daughter's tears.. thank you for your kindness.

Had a GREAT experience here today! The ladies doing nails couldn’t do enough for me, my nails came out perfect- perfect length (I asked for a short professional length because of my occupation), color, everything! They give a very nice shoulder massage while my nails were under the UV light, and then a hand massage and treatment with cuticle oil and hot towels at the end. I will definitely be back here, thank you so much for the terrific birthday manicure!
